Glenview Hills is a cozy neighborhood comprised of approximately 130 homes and 350 residents. With easy access to downtown and major highways, Glenview Hills is privately situated just south of the Ohio River with only two points of entry off Lime Kiln Lane. Characterized by tree-lined streets and well-maintained properties, residents enjoy a mix of suburban comfort and proximity to the amenities and cultural offerings of Louisville.

At the heart of our neighborhood lies a strong and vibrant sense of community that sets Glenview Hills apart. Some of our original residents are still living in the neighborhood. Over the years, friendships have been forged and fond memories created as neighbors bond over shared interests and the enjoyment of watching our families grow. Our community comes together for exciting events such as the annual Halloween parade. Glenview Hills is known as a warm community of neighbors who are welcoming, know each other, and look out for each other.

Monthly Meetings
The Glenview Hills city council meets on the second Monday of every month at 8:00 PM. We welcome all residents to participate in our meetings to stay informed.

Invitation to Bid
Glenview Hills is seeking sealed bids to repave the streets of Dunraven Court and Dunraven Drive. Questions and requests for specifications may be directed to commissioner Emily White. Bids must be submitted to Ms. White no later than Monday, April 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM. The winning bidder will be the lowest and/or the best bidder. The city reserves the right to reject any bids and waive minor bid irregularities.
